McCain picks Palin

McCain picks Sarah Palin for VP. Some people may be upset by this decision, but most will be very happy with the choice when they get to know Governor Palin. I started paying attention to her after receiving a comment on this blog from Tales of a Temple Night Owl. She is the Governor of Alaska, a state we need to be tapping to help ease gas prices. Palin is a big plus for McCain's campaign!

Palin's Alaska state website is receiving so much traffic I can't even get it to load right now.

Yep. Palin is going to help McCain quite a bit. People like her and she comes across as a genuinely decent person. People will carp about her lack of experience, of course, but she appears to be a scrappy reformer.

I'll do some more homework, but I could well see her making a run for the presidency in 2012 should McCain win in November. Sounds good.

I'm so excited and happy! I'm glad I was able to introduce you to her, and now the whole country has the chance to meet her. :)

Hey Blake - I've been trying since yesterday afternoon..and still can't get on the site!!! You were so right! Like I said in your post way back when you first brought her up - I'm now converted. I really did not think he would pick her though because of her strong conservative roots. I'm glad he did.

In Palin he will get exactly what he wants, another woman he can control. She publicly admitted that she didn't know what the vice president did. She is not going to attract disaffected HRC voters. She is a colluder and an insult. One vagina cannot substitute for another. People like HRC not only because she is a woman but because they liked what she stood for.
